The Board Accountability Contract is an infographic setting out the working "contract" between compliance and the Board: ten issues, two columns, what each side commits to do for the other. It replaces the one-directional version — compliance owes the Board everything, the Board owes compliance very little — with a two-way relationship that actually works.
