Why this exists

AI has moved from experiment to operating reality inside financial services firms, and the supervisory expectation is already clear: boards and compliance functions are accountable for how these systems are used, whether or not they understand them. Most of the training available treats AI as a technical subject. This programme treats it as a governance one.

How it's built

Each module is short and self-contained — three to fifteen minutes — so you can fit it around real work rather than blocking out an afternoon. The language is plain, there is no assumed technical background, and no code. Where a concept matters, we explain it in the terms a compliance professional already thinks in: risk, controls, evidence and accountability.

The Programme is designed using best practice for effective multimedia training and citations are available on request.
